Van de Velde NV is the Parent company of the Van de Velde Group.
The subsidiaries in France, the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Finland, Denmark and Spain are agencies that are responsible for the local sales. Deliveries and invoicing are performed by the Parent company.
The Dutch subsidiary holds the stakes Van de Velde France SARL, Marie Jo Gmbh as well as the US retail holding company Van de Velde Retail, the Dutch company Retail BV, the Spanish subsidiary Van de Velde Iberica and the Tunisian subsidiary Van de Velde Confection. The latter is an assembly plant.
Van de Velde Iberica holds the stake in Eurocorset of Spain. Eurocorset has its own Spanish retail subsidiary Sul Tu Corpo. Van de Velde holds a stake of 25.7% in Top Form International. Top Form is one of the world's biggest bra producers (see www.topformbras.com for more information).
Van de Velde Retail holds an 85% stake in the American multi-brand chain Intimacy Management.
In 2011, the retail network of the group was further expanded by an acquisition of 87% if Rigby & Peller Ltd (UK) and a joint venture in Private Shop Ltd. (HK).
In 2013 in the Netherlands Lincherie has been boosted by the acquisition of Donker stores (11 stores). Van de Velde already owned 50% of Donker stores, which it now wholly owns.
