Notification by KBC Asset Management NV in respect of the law of May 2, 2007 on the disclosure of large shareholdings in issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market 

On Monday October 27, 2008, Van de Velde NV received a notification from KBC Asset Management informing us that on date of September 1, 2008 422.325 shares or 3,12 % of Van de Velde voting rights are the property of a number of funds managed by KBC Asset Management NV.  KBC Asset Management NV also informs us KBC Asset Management NV may exercise at its own discretion the voting rights of these funds at the Van de Velde’s General Meeting. See enclosure.
