Our selection procedure goes as follows:

Step 1: Send us your resume

An initial screening is done based on your CV to identify your talents and competencies

Step 2: Let’s get to know each other

During our interviews, together we will go deeper into our company culture, the details of the position, your profile, motivation and expectations.

Step 3: Becoming our new colleague

In this phase we agree on the terms of employment. Welcome to the Van de Velde team!

Step 4:  Welcome to Van de Velde

On your first day at work, we provide a welcome where you get to know your department and colleagues. During the first weeks we guide you through our company and your new job.

Step 5: Follow up

Over a cup of coffee, we talk about your start at Van de Velde and how you are settling in with the team.
